I Centri che non hanno partecipato lo scorso anno ai trofei competitivi e non competitivi organizzati dal Comitato dovranno versare la cauzione di 100 euro a mezzo assegno non trasferibile intestato al Comitato Provinciale FIP di Bergamo.

I Centri che presentano più squadre dovranno produrre e consegnare, in occasione della riunione per i calendari, i listati nominativi relativi alle singole squadre partecipanti alla prima fase del proprio torneo.

Stiamo cercando di ipotizzare una serata formativa nella quale daremo le indicazioni fondamentali per la stesura dei referti e l'arbitraggio delle partite, serata alla quale sono invitati a partecipare tutti gli addetti preposti al referto ed all'arbitraggio dei singoli centri.

Si ricorda infine che, pur essendo fissato al 30 novembre il termine ultimo per il rinnovo dell'adesione per l'anno sportivo 2009/2010, tutti i Centri che hanno comunque iniziato l'attività (siano essi partecipanti ai trofei competitivi siano essi non partecipanti) dovrebbero aderire celermente in quanto la copertura assicurativa dei piccoli atleti parte dal momento dell'iscrizione, mentre quella del passato anno sportivo è scaduta il 30 settembre scorso.

The provincial party
minibasket 2009 will take place on May 24 next . This year we have chosen to make the event on the lawns and sports areas of CENTRE OF Terno d'Isola.
are invited to attend all Minibasket Centers, with the largest possible number of boys and girls.
are also invited the families of the children for a picnic on the lawns of the structure. The event this year will be the afternoon with a meeting at 14.30 for distribution to designated managers from the various centers of the T-shirt to wear to their children, t-shirt that will stay with them as a souvenir of the event.
E’ necessario che entro il 15 maggio , tassativamente, i centri ci facciano pervenire a mezzo email o fax:
la scheda di adesione del Centro con il nominativo di almeno 1 accompagnatore responsabile ogni 20 bambini iscritti;
i nominativi dei bambini che interverranno con relativa autorizzazione scritta dei genitori, autorizzazione che i responsabili dei Centri consegneranno ai nostri addetti al momento in cui riceveranno le T-shirt per i bambini.
I bambini dovranno intervenire alla manifestazione indossando le t-shirt consegnate.
La manifestazione avrà luogo dalle 15.00 alle 18.00 circa, con ritrovo alle 14.30 . In addition to accompanying

Lunedì 30 alle ore 19 in sede sono convocati i Centri Minibasket ammessi alla II fase del Trofeo Esordienti e mercoledì 15 aprile alle ore 19 i Centri ammessi alla II fase del Trofeo Aquilotti .
Si ricorda a tutti i Centri che nella seconda fase :
1. Gli incontri saranno diretti da "miniarbitri" designati in collaborazione con il CIA Provinciale. Saranno realmente dei giovanissimi arbitri (possibilmente in coppia) che dovranno essere accolti dai Centri con lo spirito necessario per la riuscita di una manifestazione destinata essenzialmente alla promozione del nostro sport presso i bambini. Ci auguriamo quindi un clima sempre e comunque sereno.
2. Come anticipato nella riunione d'inizio anno saranno rispettati i regolamenti ed utilizzati esclusivamente i referti da minibasket . Verrà dunque dato mandato ai miniarbitri di consentire l'accesso in panchina solo ed esclusivamente ad istruttori tesserati o con autorizzazione scritta per aver frequentato e/o superato i corsi prescritti. Non sono ammessi dirigenti accompagnatori, scorer ed altre figure presenti sulla refertistica delle partite giovanili o senior. Tutti i Centri sono invitati ad evitare situazioni spiacevoli come quelle che talora si sono avute negli anni passati.
3. Partecipano alle gare esclusivamente bambine e bambini iscritti per lo specifico Centro Minibasket e nati negli anni 1997/8 nel trofeo esordienti 1998/99 and in 2000 admitted trophy eagles. Must be registered to participate in the second report and Regulation at least 10 young athletes to race up to a maximum of 12. The teams will have the copy of the listing official endorsed by the Committee with a list of boys and girls participating in the race, the race number clearly stated and without correction on that list or on A list apart , valid ID for each participant in the race, trainer included. not be exempt. Persons without, in any titolo, saranno escluse dalla gara.
4. I Centri partecipanti con più di una squadra dovranno fornire alla Commissione Minibasket, in occasione delle riunioni del 30 marzo e/o del 15 aprile, l'elenco dei bambini/e dell'una e dell'altra squadra. Ogni Centro Minibasket potrà accedere alle semifinali solo con una squadra. In tal caso o in caso di esclusione anticipata di una o più squadre, il Centro potrà unificare tutte le risorse regolarmente tesserate.
5. I Centri Minibasket che giocheranno "in casa" dovranno fornire persone idonee a ricoprire il ruolo di "ufficiale di campo", come cronometrista e/o segnapunti.
6. Ove possibile sarà designato Commission Minibasket a Commissioner of Competition that early in the race or during the expected ranges can proceed with the verification of documents submitted by the Centers and the proper running of the race.
7. Will apply Official Rules of Competition published in the Guide Minibasket 2008 / 9, downloadable from minibasket.org.

All towns in the province are invited to send their athletes (boys and girls) born in 1998/99 in which they feel merit selection for participation in the Trophy Aldeghi 2009.
The staff driving the selection of Bergamo will be as follows:

Luca Manara (Desenzano) - engineer.


The 1st phase of selection will take place Sunday, March 29th 15:30 hours venues in:

Ambivere , Gym via D. Alighieri - breeder L. Nervi
Treviglio , via Rossini Gym Cats - breeder M. Conti

The 2nd selection phase will take place Sunday, April 5 15:30 to:
Bergamo, Italcementi Gym - selected M. Conti and L. Manara.
