CST-SIGIT ALI PROJECT: THE MINISTRY CONFIRMS THE GOALS WILL

The

27/10/2010 CNIPA a monitor was in the seat of SIGIT to verify the effective achievement of the objectives stated in the project-ALI SIGIT CST.

After checking the presence of the services specified in the project, the Monitor concluded that the objectives were achieved, this involves the release of a tranche of funding of approximately € 30 000, which will be used for the CST as provided in the Technical Programme Budget approved by the auditors.

In particular, the equipment was' assessment relativo alla milestone MC, finalizzato alla verifica del primo stato di avanzamento del progetto ALI SIGIT.

Le milestone sono attività di durata zero e servono per identificare un particolare momento del progetto che, in alcuni casi, può sancire il rilascio di tranche di cofinanziamento.

Le milestone previste dal bando per il progetto ALI SIGIT sono 5 :

Milestone A – Firma Convenzione

Milestone B - Validazione Piano di monitoraggio

Milestone C - Assessment intermedio di Avanzamento lavori

Milestone D - Fine attività di realizzazione

Milestone E - Verifica finale

“ La milestone C si colloca successivamente al completamento di attività progettuali per uno stato di avanzamento lavori pari almeno al 50%. La milestone si intende raggiunta a seguito della verifica positiva dello stato di avanzamento lavori. La suddetta verifica è effettuata attraverso un apposito assessment che attesti, sulla base di evidenze oggettive, il completamento di attività progettuali per uno stato avanzamento lavori pari almeno al 50% e la verifica dello sviluppo dei servizi previsti nonché alla loro fruibilità ed effettiva sottoscrizione di impegni contrattuali a fruirne da parte di almeno il 30% of participating municipalities.

During the session, the monitor has reviewed the overall progress of project activities through more detailed information on how development and delivery of services provided.

The report of the monitor states that "The project activities in preparation for the milestone MC (the subject of this assessment) are, on the basis of objective evidence, have been completed."
